La Alberca
First town declared a historical complex in Spain, in 1940, visited by such illustrious people as Joaquín Sorolla, Unamuno, Gregorio Marañón, Ismael Blat, Mauricio Legendre and many more. La Alberca preserves the charm of the Middle Ages in its labyrinth of streets and squares, which is why it has been the scene of hundreds of films. The sunny days rival the rainy days, to add more charm from its stones and tramoneras. La Alberca is in the center of “Las Batuecas” Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve, and at the foot of the majestic "Peña de Francia".
